Please note

  • Our rates include government taxes (VAT).
  • From 1 August 2026 until 28 February 2027 the Conservation Levy will be R450 (VAT inclusive) per person per night.
  • From 1 March 2027 until 29 February 2028 the Conservation Levy will be R495 (VAT inclusive) per person per night.
  • There will be no single supplement for up to a maximum of 2 suites per booking. Thereafter, guests occupying single suites will be levied a supplement of an additional 50% of the specified daily rate. Single supplement always applies to Villas and premium suites.
  • A Christmas Peak Period surcharge of 15% applies to all bookings arriving between the 20th of December and 5th of January, regardless of the check out date.
  • Gratuities are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.
  • The above rates are per person sharing per night and include open vehicle safaris by day and at night, environmental awareness walking safaris, breakfast, lunch, "boma" dinner, all drinks excluding French Champagne and Private Collection Wines & limited laundry service (no dry cleaning available).
  • Amani Spa & Wellness treatments are available at an additional cost.
  • Transfers to and from Sandringham airstrip are included.
  • Items of a personal nature (boutique purchases, telephone calls, etc.) are at an additional cost.
